Manual welding
The trained staff of our welding store has many years of know-how in welding technology. We produce using the automated welding process and also manufacture hand-welded aluminum hydraulic tanks. The manual welding process is primarily lucrative for custom-made products, small series and medium batch sizes in terms of lower costs and lead times. The production of the hand-welded aluminum hydraulic tanks takes place on modern welding tables. The dimensional accuracy is ensured by our own fixture construction. Repeatability is also permanently met - even with high tolerances.
Automated welding
Our welding robots for the automated welding process are state-of-the-art and support the high speed and efficiency of our automated manufacturing process. High demands can thus be produced at optimum cost while maintaining consistent quality. The automated welding process is also the most precise method of welding. Surface treatments are important for the durability, safety and appearance of your product.
