To protect you from unpleasant surprises during the test phases and also after your customers have put your product into operation, we perform FEM calculations in the early development phases. This enables us to determine the structural strength, fatigue strength and material efficiency of your concept, among other things.

In this context, we digitally visualize the effect of different forces, temperature influences and electrical loads for you by means of linear and non-linear structural-mechanical calculations. In this way, we can determine the consequences of the various influences on the entire product or component for any geometries - even complex ones - even before the prototype phase.

You can use the results from this as evidence for technical approvals, for product liability and production releases.
FEM calculations from NovaNox® are compliant with general and international analytical standards. This guarantees comparable and reliable results. We do it for you:

  • linear and non-linear structural mechanics calculations
  • Analysis of deformations, stiffnesses and stability

You will receive technical drawings from us in 2D (in dxf, dwg and pdf formats) and in 3D (in step format). Depending on your needs, we will produce individual part drawings, assembly drawings, general drawings or assembly drawings for you. In addition, you will receive detailed technical documentation for review. This gives you the opportunity to make adjustments or add special requests before production. This way, you are on the safe side when the production line starts rolling..

In order to achieve a result that is as close to series production as possible, even in the prototype phase, we work closely with you in the development, planning and design of the construction, material and manufacturing process. As a final polish, we analyze the results of the FAI to trim the manufacturing process to the highest possible efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In doing so, we significantly reduce implementation times and support the successful start of series production as planned. This way, you stay within the project budget and are on the safe side.

We take care of the complete process for you, from the determination of requirements to logistical execution. We provide you with a total of 1,200 square meters of storage space as a consignment warehouse to ensure uninterrupted production processes. This saves you the money for your own storage capacity and allows you to produce larger quantities more cost-effectively. Your perfect component supply for series production is thus assured. We deliver your tube racks from the consignment warehouse when you call them off.

Quality management

Thanks to the type identification, each pipe rack can be easily traced back to its origin. The complete path from its production to its last application can be traced in detail over the entire product life of the pipe rack for your safety.

Depending on the material and stress of your pipe racks, different designs of type markings are available:

  • Laser engraving
  • Welded metal signs with laser engraving
  • Self adhesive metal signs with laser engraving
  • Self-adhesive plastic labels with specific imprint and silicone coating for external protection

You can seamlessly trace your pipe racks using your personal identification from symbols, numbers or letters. This integration solution allows absolutely unambiguous path and process reconstruction.

The leak test as an element of quality management gives you the guarantee that your pipe racks will remain absolutely leak-proof even in non-stop use and under extreme conditions. For your further assurance, we will gladly provide you with the leak test as a written directly enforceable declaration with each handover. You can easily include this NovaNox® test certificate in your overall documentation. We carry out these leak tests for you:

  • Full-scale testing with air under water conducted in a specialized test basin (e.g., following ECE R34 or 70/21/EEC regulation)
  • pressure test
  • Leak test by means of red or fluorescent dyes
  • Ultrasonic testing

To ensure quality in production, precise recording of the individual manufacturing processes is essential. This is how you ensure the high quality of your products.
